1. All Sales Final (No Returns & Refunds)

To maintain our high-quality standards, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds except for manufacturing defects.

Each watch undergoes a rigorous quality control inspection before shipping to ensure its flawless condition.

📌 Exceptions (Only for Manufacturing Defects):

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours.

For defect claims, email us at info@leger-afah.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue (front & back of the watch)

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement watch.


2. No Refunds Policy

  • Refunds are not available under any circumstances, except if we are unable to fulfill your order.
  • If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, a replacement watch will be sent instead of a refund.

3. Order Cancellations (Within 12 Hours Only)

  • Orders can be canceled only within 12 hours after placement.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as production and shipping processes will have started.
  • A 5% processing fee will be deducted for all canceled orders (to cover Shopify/PayPal transaction fees).

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to any repair or replacement.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable & insured shipping service.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
