This upgrade is time-sensitive. If you previously selected this upgrade in the survey, please complete your payment by March 30, 2025.
🔹 Why the deadline?
The watches selected for this upgrade have already been scheduled for assembly with the upgraded movement. If payment is not received on time:
- Your watch will not be included in this production batch.
- Your order will be postponed to the third production batch.
- The first batch (already scheduled) will feature Progressive Jumping movement (fixed production).
- The second batch is exclusively for this Instant Jumping upgrade (for those who confirmed & paid).
- If you selected the Instant Jump upgrade but do not complete payment, you will need to wait for the third batch (date TBD).

1. Free Worldwide Shipping
We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders. Please note that order processing takes 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.
We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as soon as possible. However, external factors such as holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

2. Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will:
- Ship available items first immediately.
- Ship pre-ordered/back-ordered items separately once they are in stock.
If your order includes multiple items and some are delayed, don't worry—you will receive the available items first, and the rest will arrive shortly after.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if you provided a mobile phone number) with:
- Tracking ID
- Tracking link
📌 Tracking Information Updates:
- It may take 1 to 3 business days for tracking details to appear after dispatch.
- If you do not see tracking updates after 3 days, please check with the courier first before contacting us.
4. Address Correction Policy
📌 Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at 📧 support@leger-afah.com.
- Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, additional reshipping fees will apply.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Leger A.FAH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with:
- Your local post office or courier service.
- Neighbors, security desks, or building managers (sometimes packages are left in a safe place).

6. Returns & Shipping Responsibility
By placing an order on Leger A.FAH, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

7. Shipping Restrictions & Customs Fees
📌 Customs Duties & Taxes:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.
- Leger A.FAH is not responsible for additional customs fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient.
📌 Restricted Countries:
- We currently do not ship to certain countries due to import restrictions. If your country is restricted, you will not be able to check out.
